Careers

We are small
on purpose.

Fifteen modules, one script tag, and a team you could fit round one table. That is deliberate. It means everybody here ships, everybody answers support, and nobody spends their week in a meeting about a meeting.

How we work

Read this before
you decide you want in.

You own something end to end

Not a ticket queue. A module — the schema, the screens, the docs, and the support emails about it afterwards.

Everybody does support

A rotation, not a department. The fastest way to know what is actually wrong with a product is to read what people say about it.

Written before spoken

Decisions get written down. It is slower on the day and much faster three months later when somebody asks why.

Remote, and genuinely async

We overlap for a few hours and that is it. If your best work happens at six in the morning, do it then.

Ship small, ship often

Things go out when they are ready rather than on a quarterly date somebody picked in advance.

No growth theatre

We are not raising a round or hiring for headcount. Every role exists because there is work nobody is doing.

Open roles

Nothing posted
right now.

We would rather say that plainly than keep a list of roles up that we are not really hiring for. When something opens it goes here first, and it goes to anybody who has already written in.

That is the point of an open application. Write now, and you hear about it before the posting exists.

Where we are most likely to need people
Laravel & Livewire The dashboard, the modules, the parts that hold the data still.
Front-end and design The widget your visitors see, and making fifteen modules feel like one product.
Support that can also debug Reading a stack trace and writing a kind reply are the same job here.
Technical writing The documentation we keep meaning to finish, written by someone who uses it.
None of these open today · All of them worth writing about
What to send

Not a CV.
Not at first.

Send one email. We will ask for the formal things later if it goes anywhere, and we will not put you through five rounds to find out.

01
Something you made
Code, a site, a piece of writing, a product. Anything you would still defend today.
02
Why this, specifically
One honest paragraph beats a page of enthusiasm. “I want to work on X” is a good start.
03
Where you are
Country and rough hours, so we know whether the overlap works.
04
What you want paid
Say a number. It saves everybody three emails, and we will not use it against you.

We reply to everybody, including when the answer is no. A no from us is not a comment on your work — usually it means there is nothing to hand you this month.

Careers

Write to us anyway.
Especially when nothing is posted.

Open applications are read by the same people who would work alongside you, and they get answered.
