Manage / Schedule

“When are you free?”
is where deals die.

Three emails to find a time, a fourth to confirm it, and a share of prospects lose interest somewhere in the middle. Bookings turns that into one click on the page where they were already interested — inside your own widget, not a scheduling site with someone else’s branding on it.

Meeting types

Real diaries aren’t
a 9-to-5 grid.

A meeting type is one thing a visitor can book — a fifteen-minute intro, an hour-long consultation. Each carries its own rules, so a quick call and a deep session don’t have to share a schedule.

Name and length What it is called and how long it runs. e.g. Discovery call · 30 min
Where it happens Video call, phone call, in person, or something else you describe. 4 location types
Who takes it A specific person, or whoever is free at that time. any · specific
Slot spacing How the available times are laid out through the day. every 15 · 30 · 60 min
Buffers Protected time before and after, so you are never booked back-to-back. before · after
Minimum notice How far ahead someone must book, so nobody grabs a slot in ten minutes. e.g. 2 hours
Booking window How far into the future the calendar opens. e.g. 30 days
Availability

Set your week once.
Then break the rules when you need to.

You start with a Monday-to-Friday, nine-to-five week in your website’s timezone and change whatever doesn’t fit. Every bookable person has their own hours, and if you work alone, one person is all you ever set up.

Every booking is also a contact in your list, ready for a sequence.
Activity
Bookings and cancellations show in the feed alongside everything else.
How it fits

“Book me”
on every page.

Booking is a block in your Floating Bubble, so it is on the pricing page, the product page and the careers page without you adding it to any of them. For visitors who want a call but not a scheduled one, Callbacks sits right beside it.

Discovery calls Consultations Demos Appointments Interviews
01 Floating Bubble You add the Booking block and pick which meeting types it offers
02 A visitor picks a slot In their own timezone, from the hours you actually keep
03 Bookings It lands in your list, confirmed on both sides
04 Leads → Sequences They are a contact, and the follow-up after the meeting can send itself

Stop losing the visitors
you already paid for.

More leads from the traffic you already have, and follow-up that sends itself. Free to start. No card, no monthly fee.
